Follow these instruction.
Go to start button and click "Run" button
Type "regedit" command and click OK button
Click "Hkey-Current-user">click "Control Panel">Click "Desktop"
Click on the "Desktop" and other side Find "MenuShowDelay" Right click "modify" Type in value "0" Click "OK" button.
