Open run comman typ in " regedit"
step (2) Click "Hkey-current- user"
Step (3) Control panal > Desktop
Step (4) Right Click " showmenuedelay" and click "modify"
step (5) Type in Value "0" and click "ok"
step (6) click start menu and click all program and show result
