How to make speed up start menu

Follow these instruction. 

1. Go to start button and click "Run" button

2. Type "regedit" command and click OK button  

3. Click "Hkey-Current-user">click "Control Panel">Click "Desktop"

4. Click on the "Desktop" and other side Find "MenuShowDelay" Right click "modify" Type in value "0" Click "OK" button.
